Jonah has studied Martial Arts since the age of 5. He holds a 5th Degree Black Belt Renshi title in Kakushin-Ryu. He also holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Budo Jujitsu, a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a Green belt in Taekwondo. In addition to these accomplishments, he is also well versed in several other arts (Boxing, Aikido, Pekiti Tirsia, JKD) and has been teaching his own system of Adaptive Combat Martial Arts with law enforcement & military applications since the age of 26.
